RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping:
- Order process hota hai 48 hours mein (weekends/holidays exclude).
- Delivery: 4–8 business days.
- Agar aapko 1-day delivery Delhi mein chahiye, to hume WhatsApp karein at +91 7777019901. (Availability pe depend karega).
Exchanges & Returns:
- Rakhi sale par kuch return/exchange nahi hoga
- COD orders pe return nahi hota.
- In cheezon pe exchange/return nahi milega:
- Sale mein kharide hue products.
- White ya light-colored items.
- Washed, worn, ya tag-removed products.
- Request sirf 7 days ke andar hi accept hogi delivery ke baad.
- Bas size exchange possible hai: Black (S) liya tha aur (M) chahiye? Aapko sirf black (M) milega. Color change nahi hoga.
- Agar size unavailable ho, to *refund nahi milega.* Dusra product choose kar sakte ho (price ka adjustment hoga).
Returns:
- Sirf prepaid orders pe, within 7 days. Product unwashed, unworn, aur tags intact hone chahiye.
- Return ka charge: ₹100 per product (shipping aur packaging ke liye).
Exchanges:
- Prepaid aur COD dono orders ke liye allowed hai.
- Wahi conditions jo return ke liye hain (unused, with tags, etc.).
- Sale aur light-colored items pe applicable nahi.
- Bas size changes allowed hain. Agar product unavailable hai, dusra item choose kar sakte ho (price adjustment lagega).
Sale Items:
Returns/exchanges sirf tabhi jab product defective ho ya galat ho.
Sale mai khareeda hua samaan return/exchange nahi hoga. Tanks/Stringers par Return/Exchange nahi hoga
Cancellations:
- Shipping se pehle cancel = Free.
- Processing ke baad cancel = ₹100 charge.
Defective/Wrong Product:

₹100 Fee Kyu?
Packaging, quality checks, aur multiple shipping charges cover karte hain. Total cost zyada hai, lekin aapka experience affordable banane ke liye sirf ₹100 charge karte hain.

- No exchange/returns on rakhi sale orders
- No returns on COD orders
- No exchanges/returns for
Products bought on sale.
- White/light-colored items
- Washed, worn, or tagless products.
- Exchange/return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Only size exchanges: Ordered black (S) and need (M)? You'll get black (M). Color changes not allowed. No return on Tanks/Stringers.
- If your required size isn't available, no refunds. You can pick another product (price adjustments apply).
Returns:
- Prepaid orders only. Within 7 days. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags intact.

- Allowed for both prepaid and COD orders.

Sale Items:
- No returns/exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- All the items once sold will not be returned or exchanged.
- No return/exchange on Flat 799rs sale, effective from 22/01/2026.
- No return on Tanks/Stringers.
Cancellations:
Cancel before shipping = No charge.
Cancel after processing = ₹100 charge.
So, try to contact us ASAP so that we can cancel before your order is processed.

Why ₹100 Fee?
Covers quality checks, packaging, and multiple shipping costs. It's much higher, but we charge only ₹100 to make your experience affordable since you all are, our loyal customers.
